1. Sponsor

This promotion is sponsored by No-Li Brewhouse in partnership with the 509 Classic (collectively, “Sponsors”).

2. Eligibility

• Must be 21 years of age or older at time of entry.
• Must have a valid government-issued ID.
• Must be a ticketed attendee of the 509 Classic on December 17.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsors are not eligible.
• Void where prohibited.

3. How to Enter

• Complete the official online entry form prior to the posted deadline.
• One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be removed.

4. Selection of Participant

• One entrant will be chosen at random by the Sponsors.
• The selected participant must be present at the game when announced.
• If the selected participant cannot be located or does not report to the designated court-side location, an alternate participant may be chosen at the Sponsors’ discretion.

5. How the Half-Court Shot Works

• Participant will have one (1) shot attempt from half court during an in-game timeout.
• No practice attempts or warm-up shots will be allowed on the court.
• Standard game basketball and court conditions will be used.

6. Prize
Grand Prize: “Free Beer for a Year”

Awarded as one (1) of the following, at Sponsors’ discretion and subject to local/state alcohol laws:

• 12 months of No-Li Brewhouse product; or
• Monthly vouchers redeemable for No-Li Brewhouse beer; or
• Gift cards equivalent to the retail value of “Free Beer for a Year.”

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Sponsors will determine and disclose based on the final product or voucher type. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsors’ discretion.

7. Verification

Winner is subject to age verification and must present valid ID before prize fulfillment. Failure to meet verification requirements may result in forfeiture of prize.

8. Publicity Release

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, image, and video of their participation—successful or not—for promotional purposes by Sponsors without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Liability Release

Participants assume all risks associated with on-court activity. Sponsors are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation, prize acceptance, or misuse.

10. General Conditions

Sponsors reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion due to fraud, technical failures, unsafe circumstances, or other factors beyond Sponsors’ control.

11. Alcohol Notice

Drink responsibly. Promotion and prizes are subject to all federal, state, and local alcohol regulations.

12. Agreement to Rules

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions and Sponsors’ decisions, which are final in all matters related to the promotion.
